- Booking can be made inside 150 days of departure only;
- One traveller must be travel industry employee and provide proof of employment at time of booking. Business card, letter from employer, staff ID badge etc. One travel industry employee = 1 x cabin (unless travelling with their children who can book a 2nd cabin at interline rate);
- Bookings made 150 – 91 days prior to travel are required to pay 25% deposit at time of booking, and finals as per usual schedule;
- Bookings made 90 days less prior to travel are required to pay 100% of booking;
- Cruise Booking fee $75 per person;
- Travel Insurance essential from just $199;
- Up to 100% cancellation fee;
- Departure, arrival or security taxes and charges are to be paid in addition to the airfare, and will vary depending on departure date/port, destination and any transit cities;
- Prices shown are subject to availability, eligibility and change without notice;
- Booking Fees are non-refundable;
